Turmeric Spice Latte

Recipe Original from Hot Detox

Ingredients:

  • Warmed dairy or non dairy milk (canned coconut milk is delicious)

  • Medjool dates or other natural sweetener such as honey or maple syrup

  • 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric or ground

  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger or ground (I wash ginger then freeze it. When I am ready to use, I take it out of the freezer for 5 minutes then grate with a fine cheese grater)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1-2 tbsp Coconut oil or MCT oil

  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom

Directions:

Place all ingredients in blender and mix. If you are not using dates, you do not need to use a blender, just mix in a cup and enjoy.
