Sugar is shown to be more addictive than cocaine!

As stress levels increase, often people turn to alcohol to help them unwind, cope and check out.

Join me on a month long adventure to see how your body responds when you kick sugar and booze to the curb.

I promise that it will not be easy! I also promise that at the end of it you will have a new found appreciation for your body, for sugary sweets and for a fine glass of wine or beer.

Step 1:

Join me on my “Healthy Bodies For Life” Facebook Group

Step 2:

Have patience, kindness, love and compassion towards yourself during this adventure.

Step 3:

Begin wherever you feel you can start. If that means one day without alcohol or sugar, then start there. One day at a time!!

If there is a day you make a choice to have sugar or alcohol, then enjoy it with LOVE and NO GUILT! And then start on your adventure again the next day you feel able to.

Step 4

Set yourself up for success. This may mean shopping for some non-sugary snacks and nice non-alcoholic beverages. You might want to disappear of the sweets in your home so they are not in the temptation zone.

Don’t forget to have fun and be curious about how your body responds to this adventure.
