Motherhood is often exhausting and depleting. Do you want to take better care of yourself but you're just not sure how? Your days are jam-packed and self-care just never seems to be a priority.

You may be aware that the better you take care of yourself, the better mom you can be. When you take care of yourself you FEEL better and it's easier to give your children what they really need: your presence, your attention, your love.

And... this concept often gets lost when you have a baby: YOU are still important! You are worthy of feeling good and having your needs met so you can thrive and not just survive as a mother and a woman.

Regular self-care might seem like an impossible dream. But there is a way. It is possible! Join Laurel and Katherine for easily implementable tools to make self-care a reality in your VERY busy life.

Presenters:

Register Holistic Nutritionist, Laurel Garner, Mother of 2 busy boys. Laurel will be talking about nutrition to foster your energy and wellness as well as lifestyle tips to keep your cool.

Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Katherine Aucoin. Katherine is also a mom to two active little boys, and has personally experienced the world of difference self-care makes. Katherine will be presenting tools to help make self-care a reality for even the busiest of moms.

Sunday, March 8th 1-3pm at Purple Lotus Yoga Penticton

Workshop is open to mothers, partners and all who support them.

Cost: $25/person
*cost includes tea and lovely, healthy and delicious snacks from Gratify.

*Babies in arms are welcome to attend. Older children are best left at home with another caregiver.
